MotoSR specialise in customising motorcycle suspension.

Scott purchased the business off his former employer, formed a company and got himself set up on a Xero business package.

When we met Scott he had already set up the business. He had a good basic knowledge of Xero but was struggling to find the time to get his supplier invoices entered in and reconciled and with keeping his Xero file up to date.

Because Moto SR was a start up business, we worked out what was priority, and how much support was affordable for him.  Scott does all his own invoicing, and we pick up the payroll, GST, entering and reconciliation of his payables and bank account.

On the 20th of the month we sit down with Scott and discuss what payments need to be made and upload them in to his bank account to approve.  All invoices and receipts are attached in his Xero file so he does not have to keep any paperwork.

This is all achievable with an hour a fortnight, from Moto SRs office, and some extra time in our offices to prepare monthly reports so Scott can track his business performance.

Scott also employed us to prepare a forecast for him, so he is well equipped to make decisions about his business.
